HOW I USE IT:


Using the device is straightforward.

I lie on my back in bed while reading a book. I start by placing it around my feet for a few minutes, then move it gradually up my legs, and eventually rest it on my stomach or other areas.

I'll keep it in each area for 5-10 minutes before moving it. The magnetic field extends a few feet from the device but is strongest inside the ring itself. When I'm targeting something specific—like my shoulder—I slide my whole arm through and let it rest where I want it.

I personally avoid placing it directly over my heart, but I do sometimes move it gently around my head for a short while. My sessions usually last 30–60 minutes, a few times per week. I don't feel anything while it's running, but I know the energy is being transferred.

But that's me, and everybody is different. As for any new intervention you do on your body, it's always highly recommended that you pay attention, and that you start very slowly to see how it feels.
When I first started using it, I took it easy - shorter sessions of 5 minutes to see how my body responded. Then I gradually increased from there.
