Stephan breaks it down into easy-to-follow sections Mind, Body and Lifestyle, and then dives into smaller subsections that will resonate differently with each individual, depending on your strengths. I particularly liked the interactive segments within the book, where you can grade yourself, and build a profile of what's working, and a guide to how improvement is possible. This guy walks the talk! The book is really well written and he peppers each chapters with personal anecdotes that relates to the material to keep it a fun read.
